Private Lessons Policies and Expectations
Payment for all lessons scheduled in a month are due at the first lesson of the month. (If you prefer to have us keep your credit card on file and simply charge you at the beginning of the month, we can certainly do that for you). If a payment is not received on time, the next scheduled lesson will not be taught unless payment is received prior to the lesson.
We require 24 hours notice for cancellation of a lesson.
If we are given 24 hour notice, that lesson payment will carry over to the next scheduled lesson. if a 24 hour notice is not given, you simply lose that payment. (This also applies to the first lesson of a month even if that lesson has not been paid for yet).Students: Please arrive on time with materials, homework, etc given by the teacher. If we are still with another student in a lesson, feel free to wait in our waiting room until we come get you.
If we need to move or cancel a lesson, we will make every effort to notify you in advance and that lesson payment will carry over to the next scheduled lesson.
If a student misses 3 lessons without notice, or if payment due is not paid on time at the beginning of the month, we will simply remove them from our calendar.
